Custom orthotics
Support better movement from the ground up.
The feet shape how force travels through the knees, hips, pelvis, and lower back. Custom orthotics may help when foot mechanics and pressure distribution contribute to pain or compensation.

- Private one-on-one visits
- Personalized whole-body care
- Comfort and consent first
Understand the concern
What may be happening.
The foot is the body’s first point of contact with the ground. When load is not distributed comfortably, compensation can develop through the ankles, knees, hips, pelvis, or spine. Custom orthotics are selected around individual foot shape, pressure, gait, footwear, and goals.
